Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise customers.
Starter covers 3 integrations with email alerts, 6-hour polling, and a single seat — built for individuals and side projects. Pro includes 7 integrations out of the box, adds Slack / Teams / PagerDuty alerts, drops polling to 1 hour, and lets you grow your team. As soon as you need a 4th teammate, faster alerts, or you're paying for several add-on integrations, Pro is the cheaper choice.
Every paid tier supports add-on integrations: Starter and Pro at $25/mo each, Business at $15/mo each. You'll receive a notification as you approach any included limit. Note that by the time Starter has 5 integrations, Pro is already cheaper — we'll surface that in-app.
