Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Intello Software LLC ("Intello," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our website at https://www.useintello.com (the "Site") and our business-to-business software-as-a-service platform and related services, including our web dashboard, APIs, and command-line interfaces (collectively, the "Service").

This policy is designed to be read together with our Terms of Service. By using the Site or Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Controller / business contact: Intello Software LLC ("Intello"). Our commercial activities are primarily focused on North America.

Privacy inquiries: privacy@useintello.com.

Scope and audience

The Service is intended for business use by companies and their personnel (for example, engineering, DevOps, and IT teams). The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights described below.

Business accounts and our role

When you use the Service on behalf of an organization, your organization typically decides why and how personal information in Customer Data (including workspace users you invite) is processed, and acts as a controller (or business) under applicable law. Intello processes that information as a processor / service provider to provide the Service under our agreement with your organization.

Separately, Intello acts as a controller for certain processing described in this policy—for example, operating our Site, managing accounts and billing as a vendor, securing our systems, and communicating with you about our products—where we determine the purposes and means of processing.

Customer Data and Processing

The Service enables customers to monitor integrations and APIs, which may involve the processing of data submitted by or on behalf of the customer ("Customer Data").

Intello processes Customer Data solely in accordance with the instructions of the customer and as necessary to provide the Service, including monitoring, diagnostics, alerting, and performance analysis.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and legal basis to submit Customer Data to the Service and to configure integrations in a manner that avoids the inclusion of sensitive or unnecessary personal information.

Intello does not use Customer Data for marketing or advertising purposes and does not use Customer Data to train machine learning or AI models for the benefit of other customers unless explicitly agreed.
