Connect a channel
minPick the place your team already pays attention to. Don't make people learn a new tool to read alerts — they won't.
Pick one
If you're not sure which to start with: Slack if your team lives in Slack, email otherwise. Add PagerDuty only after you've used Intello for a week and know what kind of changes are worth waking someone up for.
Open Settings → Integrations
Find the Slack card. Click Connect.
Approve in Slack
You'll bounce to Slack's OAuth screen. Approve the Intello app for your workspace.
Pick a default channel
Use a dedicated channel (
#api-changes,#integrations) — not#generaland not a noisy ops channel where people will mute you. You can override per-integration later.
Disconnecting is one click on the same card. Tokens rotate automatically when you reconnect.
What an alert looks like
Whichever channel you pick, the alert is rich enough to triage without leaving the channel: severity, the API and endpoint, what changed, and a link to the change card in-app. There's no "click through to see the details" tax.
