Add an integration

The library covers ~150 vendors — Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio, Slack, GitHub, the long tail of the SaaS stack. We host and maintain the spec, you don't have to find the URL.

1. Open the library

   Integrations → Add, then Browse library. Filter by category if you know what you're looking for, or search.

2. Subscribe

   Click the integration. The detail panel shows the current cadence and what changed recently. Click Subscribe — your org now follows that vendor.

3. Confirm routing

   By default, new integrations inherit your org's default channel and severity rules. Adjust them per-integration only if this vendor needs different treatment (e.g. payments → on-call instead of digest).
