Add an integration

The library covers approximately 140 vendors — including Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio, Slack, and GitHub — across the most common SaaS categories. Intello hosts and maintains each specification, so you do not need to locate or update a spec URL.

1. Open the library

   Navigate to Dependencies → Add Dependency. The page opens on the Library tab by default. Use the search field or category filters to locate the vendor.

2. Connect the integration

   Select the vendor card to open its detail view, which shows the current sync cadence and recent change history. Click Connect to add the integration to your organization.

3. Confirm routing

   New integrations inherit your organization's default channel and severity routing. Override these per-integration only when a specific vendor warrants different treatment — for example, routing payment-related changes to the on-call rotation rather than a digest.
