Where billing is managed
Open Settings → Billing to view your current plan, current usage against limits, and your upcoming invoice. The page also exposes a link to Intello's billing portal (powered by Stripe), where you can update payment methods, download invoices, and cancel the subscription.
What plans limit
Each plan applies the following constraints:

Additionally:
- Slack and PagerDuty alerts are available on Pro and above. Starter receives email alerts only.
- History retention scales with the plan: Starter retains 30 days, Pro retains 90 days, Business retains 180 days, and Enterprise retains 365 days.
- Pretty diff rendering in the change card is available on Pro and above.
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. Plan limits are lifted as soon as the upgrade is processed, and any pending alerts that were queued under the previous plan's alert-delay window are dispatched immediately.
Billing is prorated: the difference between plans is applied to the next invoice rather than charged twice for the same period.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, not immediately. If the new plan's limits are below your current usage — for example, more integrations than the new tier allows — Intello surfaces the conflict before the change is applied so that you can adjust accordingly.
Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled from the Stripe billing portal, accessible from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until the period closes. Your data, integrations, and history are retained.
Invoices and payment history
Invoices, receipts, and the full payment history are available in the Stripe billing portal accessible from Settings → Billing. The portal also supports updating payment methods and downloading PDFs for accounting.
