Invite teammates & roles
minIntello becomes useful the moment more than one person can see the same inbox. This page covers who you can invite and what they can do.
Three roles, no surprises
| Role | Can do | Can't do |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Everything: invite, billing, integrations, alert preferences, mappings. | Nothing within the product. |
| Member | View and triage all changes, comment, acknowledge, resolve. Add integrations. | Manage billing, change org settings, remove other users. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to the inbox and dashboards. | Triage actions, configuration, anything that writes. |
For most teams, every engineer is a Member, the platform lead is an Admin, and Viewers are only used for stakeholders who want visibility but shouldn't be triaging.
How to invite
Settings → Members → Invite. Paste an email, pick a role, send. The invitee gets an email with a sign-up link scoped to your org.
If your org uses SSO (we support Google and Microsoft today), you can configure auto-join: anyone with a @yourcompany.com email can sign up and lands as a Member by default. Settings → SSO.
Removing access
Settings → Members — three-dot menu on a user → Remove. The user loses access immediately. Their comments and triage history stay in place.
If you remove a user who was a default owner on a domain mapping, the mapping gets reassigned to the org admin. We'll surface a banner asking you to reassign properly.
Service accounts
For one-off scripts that need to read change data (e.g. a weekly report into an internal dashboard), create a service account at Settings → Service accounts. Service accounts get a non-rotating API token scoped to read-only access. They don't count against your seat limit.
