Invite teammates & roles
minIntello's value increases substantially once more than one person can see and triage the same set of changes. This page covers role assignments and the invitation flow.
Roles
Intello supports three roles within an organization:

| Owner | Full administrative access: invitations, billing, integrations, alert preferences, role assignment. Cannot be removed by other administrators. | None. |
| Admin | Same operational access as Owner: integrations, alert preferences, member management. | Cannot remove the Owner. |
| Member | View and triage all changes (acknowledge and resolve), add and configure integrations. | Cannot manage billing, change organization settings, or remove other members. |
For most teams, every engineer is a Member, the platform lead is an Admin, and the founding account holder is the Owner.
Inviting members
Open Settings → Organization → Members and click Invite member. Provide an email address and select a role; the invitee receives an email with a sign-up link scoped to your organization.
Invitations expire after a defined window. They can be resent or cancelled from the same page.
Removing access
To remove a member, open Settings → Organization → Members, locate the member, and select Remove. Access is revoked immediately. The member's acknowledgement and resolution history is preserved on the change events.
